Corey Goode Thinks He Owns The Secret Space Program
by Duke Brickhouse
We all know that something happened between Corey Goode and Gaia TV regarding the Gaia tv show Cosmic Disclosure which ran from 2015 to 2018 and featured Corey Goode and host David Wilcock, culminating in lawsuits and countersuits between the two parties and others. Accusations of defamation, racketeering and cyberstalking abounded. Okay. Sometimes these things happen. Corey needed to do what he needed to do. The rest of us in the disclosure community only shook our heads and went on about our own business. We don't like to swim in that low-energy muck.
But it didn't end there. Corey decided that most of the names and terms being commonly used by Gaia to reference different aspects of the secret space program belonged to him and him alone. At various times, he claimed to have registered trademarks on terms such as '20 and Back', 'Secret Space Program', 'SSP', 'Sphere Being Alliance', 'SBA', 'Dark Fleet', 'Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate', 'Blue Avians', and 'Lunar Operations Command'. This was ostensibly to prevent Gaia from using these terms on their new shows. But this has far-reaching implications because if Gaia can't use them then no one can use them without Corey's permission, which he isn't likely to give.
Now Corey is coming after the disclosure community at large, threatening anyone using his exclusive SSP vernacular in stories of their own ET encounters. He has gone so far as to advise anyone who had previously used any of these terms in their videos, recorded conferences and books that they need to recall those books and videos and publish new versions without those terms or else they can expect to hear from Corey’s lawyers.
Corey rages on with great zeal. He doesn't hide his disdain for everyone else coming forward with their own SSP tale because he believes that all of them are 'live action role players' or 'LARPs' as he calls them, stealing his life story for their own commercial gain. Furthermore, these LARPs are distracting the public from Corey's true SSP story by intentionally misleading the public with their fake SSP stories. (The acronym 'SSP' of the term 'secret space program' is used very broadly in the disclosure community to cover basically everything happening off-planet that the deep state has kept secret since WWII.) Corey is on a vendetta to silence these SSP experiencers coming forward in order to save the disclosure movement from their treachery. At the same time, Corey attempts to gain sympathy from the disclosure community by asserting that he and his family have been unmercifully attacked by dark forces directing a smear campaign against him, which the LARPs are all in on.
A major part of the LARP's devious scheme, says Corey, is to disrupt Corey's plan to enlighten the world through the production of high-concept mainstream media projects including graphic novels, television series, and video games – just as his Blue Avian ET contact had instructed him to do. But what exactly is being disrupted? No one is denying his right to produce and copyright the expression of Corey's stories through these mediums. You simply register a copy of the work (book, audio/video program, video game) in its marketable form with the U.S. Copyright Office. It is a very simple and common practice, although an artist or author is still protected under the law even if he neglects to register the copyright.
Of course someone cannot just come along, take your work and claim it as their own. But there is an exception to this rule when you are being paid to create an artistic work. Unless modified by one's employment contract, the employer is assumed to be the copyright owner under the 'Work For Hire' doctrine. I'm sure this will be a prominent argument put forth by Gaia TV. And I am equally sure that Corey was careful to retain those copyrights to the artwork in his graphic novels when he hired artists to render them.
But Corey keeps insisting that he owns the trademark to the SSP lexicon. A trademark is a different animal from a copyright. It is regulated by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. To claim a right to a name, term or phrase under trademark law, you have to show that the term is distinctive and non-descriptive, and that it is actively being used in public commerce as a ‘brand’ to distinguish the source company from other companies with similar products. Like copyrights, trademarks are not meant to instill ownership in ideas or concepts. They are meant to associate a particular consumer product with a brand of ownership.
A confusingly generic or descriptive trademark is subject to a formal notice of opposition by any third party. Such a ‘weak’ trademark will typically be listed on the Supplemental Register. The applicant would then have five years to prove in court that their generic term has gained a secondary meaning where a substantial portion of the general public does in fact associate the generic term with a particular brand or source company. Then it can be elevated to the Principal Register with all of the accompanying rights and privileges.
With the recent YouTube video of Corey's leaked court deposition and his hiking trail video rebuttals, Corey is threatening a lawsuit against anyone who dares to utter a nebulous set of exclusive SSP names and phrases that Corey claims to own. The disclosure community is caught between wanting to support Corey as a fellow SSP insider, while at the same time being grateful that Gaia is stepping up in opposition to Corey's dubious trademark registrations.
The disclosure community finds it hard to imagine that Corey would be allowed to have the exclusive right to talk about real things and real places that Corey has claimed for nearly a decade to have personally experienced in the secret space program. Corey may have resolved the confusion when he testified under oath in the leaked deposition that the stories that he claims are real, e.g.: the Blue Avians, Blue Sphere Beings, the Anshar, the Global Galactic League of Nations military space force, and an all-powerful dancing Zulu – all are fictitious things that he made up to sell books and video games. That makes perfect sense. If Corey would just own up to that, sell his entertainment products and stay in his lane, we could all move on.
But once publicly confronted with his deposition, Corey basically said that he was lying when he said that these weren't real events. He now maintains that they were real. What are we to make of this? And what are we to make of the fact that it wasn't this pantheon of Corey's fictitious characters that Corey was most interested in “protecting” through trademark registrations, but the more common and generic terms like “Dark Fleet”, “20 and Back”, “Secret Space Program” and “SSP”. The term “Lunar Operations Command” or the “LOC” has been used to refer to the primary Moon base since the early 2000s. Randy Cramer has used the term at least since April 2014. Would the common use of these generic terms make or break the success of Corey's video games and graphic novels in the marketplace?
Or is Corey's true objective to silence the ersatz LARPs who are in cahoots with the negative ETs who would deceive and harm humanity if not for Corey standing up for the truth? And does this noble cause justify lying under oath or improperly registering trademarks if it is in the greater interest of humanity's very survival? Corey seems to think so.
Corey's threatening and erratic behavior has caused the disclosure community a good deal of confusion and apprehension. Rather than each community member taking in all of the information available to them and using his or her own discernment to decide for themselves the most likely SSP scenario, Corey presents it as: 'I am right and everyone else is wrong. Acquiesce to my narrative or I'm coming for you.' This does not help the disclosure movement. It has created a chilling effect on new SSP experiencers coming forward and on existing ones from providing any new intel. Corey demands that the entire disclosure community bow to his one true narrative, or else he's shutting it all down.
Trademark Analysis
By claiming to own generic terms commonly associated with the concept of a vast secret space program, such as ‘Dark Fleet’ and ‘20 and Back’, Corey has dragged the entire disclosure community into this melee. As I said, you shouldn't be able to register trademarks that are generic and descriptive. So I looked up some of these terms and phrases on the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) on the official website of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Here are the results along with my own personal observations:
Blue Avians – This was filed by Corey (Goode Enterprise Solutions) on 3-6-18 and is a live trademark on the Principal Register (serial #87821423). But it is currently under opposition by Gaia Inc. (Note: I don't see anyone else using the term Blue Avians in an extraterrestrial context. It is adequately distinctive and Corey has a right to trademark it as exclusive to his own fictional graphic novels and video games, just as DC Comics can trademark 'Batman'.)
Sphere Being Alliance – This was filed by Corey (Goode Enterprise Solutions) on 3-6-18. It is currently a live trademark on the Principal Register (serial #87821504). (Note: Again, this is a proper and legitimate use of trademark law as it directly identifies Corey's company.)
SBA – This was filed by Corey (Goode Enterprise Solutions) on 3-6-18. It is a live trademark on the Principal Register (serial #87821495). (Note: I generally don't agree that three-letter acronyms should be allowed an immediate listing on the Principal Register. They should have to show their secondary distinctiveness, like KFC or BMW, after five years on the Supplemental Register. But in fairness, Corey is using it a lot as a brand to identify his company. So he can have it.)
20 and Back – This was filed by Corey (Goode Enterprise Solutions) on 3-6-18. It is live on the Principal Register (serial #87821401). However it is under pending opposition by Gaia Inc. (Note: This is one that Gaia should win in opposition. It is plainly descriptive and it is in common use in the community. While the ‘20 and Back’ technology has been in use since 1980 according to William Tompkins who spoke about it on Cosmic Disclosure (S6E4), the concept first became public through Michael Relfe in 2000 and is a crucial part of many SSP experiencers' and insiders' personal stories. This is far too generic a term to afford trademark exclusivity and Gaia should win this opposition argument. Of course, the idea of this concept being ‘real’ is beyond most judge’s comprehension and Corey is undoubtedly counting on this.)
Blue Chicken or Blue Chicken Cult – Neither of these terms are listed in the trademark database, which is strange because it would be appropriate and advisable to trademark these terms as it directly identifies Corey’s entertainment company 'brand'.
Lunar Operations Command - This is not listed in the trademark database.
Anshar – This is not listed in the trademark database.
Dark Fleet – This mark was filed by Hasbro Inc. (the toy company) in 2003 (serial #76513727), was opposed in 2004, and abandoned in 2005. It is now dead and no one else has tried to register it.
Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate – This is not listed in the trademark database.
Global Galactic League of Nations – This is not listed in the trademark database. (Note: Again, if this was a fictional name created by Corey for his copyrighted comic book story, it would make sense to file a trademark for this name as it is non-descriptive and absolutely no one else is using it. He is welcome to it. But for some reason, he doesn't attempt to register the obvious ones.)
SSP Alliance – This is not listed in the trademark database.
Secret Space Program - This is not listed in the trademark database.
SSP – This three letter acronym is actually a live trademark on the Principal Register for many companies. The use of the acronym within the context of ET disclosure would not be confusing to the public and therefore would not be prohibited under trademark law. Goode Enterprise Solutions, Inc. did attempt to register it as a trademark on 3-6-18 (serial #87821483) , but it was abandoned on 11-8-18 and it’s current trademark status is ‘dead’.
It appears that “Sphere Being Alliance” and “SBA” are the only terms that Corey has successfully registered as a trademark. “Blue Avians” and “20 and Back” are registered but pending opposition challenges by Gaia TV. And that's it. Corey does not own the trademark to the numerous generic SSP terms after all.
Then why is he trying so hard to intimidate the other SSP experiencers and insiders in the community? Is it to prevent others from competing against the various entertainment projects that he plans to spin-off from his “original” narrative? Or is it something else? What are we missing here? One thing is certain. Corey is willing to do whatever it takes to promote his SSP narrative. Let's look at some possible motives Corey may have for taking this heavy-handed approach, and the psychological and legal tactics he employs to achieve his objective. And then we’ll try to make some sense of it.
A Psyop Conspiracy
I could never understand why Corey attacked people who had the courage to come forward and corroborate parts of his own narrative. First Tony Rodrigues, then Jason Rice, then Elena Danaan, and now it's basically everyone else. This raises red flags for me.
Laura Eisenhower confirmed that there existed a secret space program. Tony R confirmed that there was a Nazi space fleet commonly termed the Dark Fleet (although he clarified that the official name is Nachtwaffen). Jason Rice and Randy Cramer confirmed that an off-world corporate deep state was conscripting humans to fight their intergalactic wars. (Both Rice and Cramer passed a lie detector test.) How is any of this “stealing” from Corey's specific experiences as a passive empath?
Despite all of Corey's protests that everyone in the community is misappropriating his story as their own, no one seems to be corroborating Corey’s narrative at all. On the other hand, newer SSP experiencers such as Elena, Tony R, Charles Moyen, Chris O’Conner and Rebecca Rose often corroborate one another’s accounts, with further validation by veteran ET contactee Alex Collier and Dr. Michael Salla's US Army insider JP. Is it more likely than not that these new experiencers are colluding to misdirect the public on a grand scale by actively replacing Corey's narrative with their own, as Corey would have us believe? Or are these various experiencers simply telling the truth as they experienced it, and couldn’t care less about Corey’s narrative?
According to Corey, this deception goes further than deceitful LARPs ganging up him. He believes that these LARPs are conspiring with Gaia and the other legal defendants to attack Corey at the behest of the deep state and negative Orion Group extraterrestrials. He says that these LARPs are a “syndicate” conducting a false ‘positive timeline psyop’ on the general public and specifically on the disclosure community. Corey claims that the Earth Alliance and the SSP Alliance were soundly defeated by the Orion Group forces and the Galactic Federation is a ruse. The deep state/ Nazi Dark Fleet/ Draco Reptilian/ Orion Group Grays continue to be firmly in control of this solar system. These LARPs are covering up this dark reality, according to Corey.
Corey says that about a year ago, a negative deep state agent approached him to go along with the psyop as well, to pretend that the positive Galactic Federation of Worlds had liberated this star system. But Corey valiantly chose to remain true to the “real” timeline narrative. He says that there are no 'white hats' and no one is coming to save the planet. There is no medical technology being manufactured on the Moon or other off-planet locations. In fact, the Draco have been busy destroying the manufacturing plants on the Moon and elsewhere, says Corey.
Corey's intel claims that Elena and her group were manipulated into pushing a false positive timeline hoping that it could lead to a change in timelines for real. So she's attempting to “trick the community in order to manifest a positive timeline”, says Corey, even though Elena knows this isn't possible. It is convoluted and Corey really doesn’t explain why the dark side would want to push a false positive timeline in the first place.
Keeper of the Negative Timeline
Corey is unequivocally saying that the true timeline is his negative timeline. And he doesn't sugarcoat it. He says that the Galactic Federation of Worlds is actually a negative Orion Group psyop of Pleiadians and Andromedans altering themselves to appear as beautiful Nordic-looking humans. He says that the GFW posers are really the “bad guys” whose intention is to have us turn against the Global Galactic League of Nations, an intergalactic military force that are really the “good guys”, when their fleet comes here to liberate the Earth in a decade or so. (But I thought no one was coming to save us, Corey. Didn’t you say that our only option was to save ourselves by taking to the streets like they did in Brazil?)
According to Corey’s narrative (and no one else’s) there never was a Galactic Federation of Worlds. The Pleiadians have been deceiving Elena, Charles Moyen and the others all along. The Andromedans have bamboozled Alex Collier for 57 years. When Thor Han advised President Eisenhower in 1957 not to ally with the Orion Group, Thor Han was apparently pulling a counter-psyop against his own interests. Others were fooled as well, such as the former Canadian National Defense Minister Paul Hellyer (see video below) and former Head of Israel’s Defense Ministry Space Directorate General Haim Eshed, both of who claimed to have personal knowledge of the Galactic Federation. Nordic-looking 'gods' and 'angels' have been a common theme in human history since Biblical times. Apparently, this fake Galactic Federation has been playing the long game.
Corey and his followers scoff at the ‘romance novel’ galactics of the GFW being so beautiful and perfect. To their way of thinking, this is proof that they can’t be real. But why is it so ridiculous that humans in the Galactic Federation would be so physically superior to us here on Earth? If we had the technology to keep ourselves in top physical health, age regress and maintain ourselves at age thirty for several hundred years, wouldn’t we look the same as they do?
Corey's narrative claims that anything that can be labeled as 'artificial intelligence' is intrinsically dangerous, including medbeds and neurolink implant technology that could vastly improve the health and lives of hundreds of millions of people if used responsibly. Corey and his followers are viscerally afraid that any new AI technology is a transhumanist plot. They advocate that all further technological development cease at this stage. I'm sure there were people in the 1800s who admonished the world to avoid electricity, or else it would electrocute everyone.
Corey's narrative transfers the blame for 'soul traps' onto us as well. Soul traps have been described by several insiders as a Draco Reptilian technology that can trap one's soul after death to continue to torment this soul to create more negative energy ‘loosh’ for their Archon masters. But Corey claims that it is not these misunderstood negative beings behind the trap, but we ignorant Earth humans who manifest it ourselves by imagining a hell after death.
And then there is the existential solar flash predicted by Corey to occur in 2023. If we haven't liberated ourselves by then, everyone on Earth, both the enlightened and unenlightened, will be doomed to repeat a 75,000 year spiritual redemption cycle. It is not just a spiritual event but a physical event that will cause a pole shift in the planet that will drown the coastlines. The people in the interior of the continents may survive, temporarily. But we are all still doomed to another 75,000 year spiritual cycle regardless. According to Corey, we are simply not equipped to change this negative timeline into a positive one, unless we all start listening to him right now.
“Nobody is coming to save us or take us off of this planet before the solar flash ends this cycle,” says Corey. Humanity's only hope is for the entire Earth population to acknowledge the truth of Corey's narrative and raise our collective consciousness – ostensibly so that our new light bodies can withstand the solar flash. It doesn't work if only a portion or even a majority of the global population has actively raised their consciousness. Unless absolutely everyone is on board, says Corey, no one will escape this fate.
In 2018, Elena Danaan came forward to say that the Galactic Federation of Worlds were the good guys and would soon chase the Orion Group out of this solar system which they did to great success, according to Elena. Corey responded that this was false info from a fake SSP LARP. Elena said that medbeds were being constructed off-planet that would become available to everyone on Earth. Corey responded by saying that the Draco were destroying those facilities. Elena has said that the Earth's mass consciousness has expanded enough that we will avoid the 'hard ascension' of a solar flash and will be able to achieve our spiritual ascension without it. Corey ridicules this notion as pure hopium.
Corey is the keeper of the negative timeline. No matter what positive intel anyone else comes up with, Corey immediately shoots it down. This is his agenda. Corey 's narrative will have us wait for a decade until a change happens for the better – or not. In the meantime, he plans to fulfill his mission to spread his narrative timeline to the masses by cornering the SSP entertainment market. Is Corey marching humanity into a negative timeline?
Gaslighting 101
Corey has positioned himself as the only real SSP experiencer on the planet, fighting an onslaught of LARPs stealing and obfuscating his critical story. He stands alone, as both the Earth Alliance and SSP Alliance have been defeated and the Global Galactic League of Nations military forces are off fighting in another part of the galaxy. His videos are dark and ominous, warning of widespread deception. Basically, Corey is saying that the only hope for this planet is to heed Corey's warning, rise up and take to the streets. Yet he accuses others of having a savior complex. This is Gaslighting 101.
Corey says that anyone who buys into an “esoteric-UFO religion based on angelic Caucasian human-looking aliens claiming to represent a Galactic Federation” is either mentally ill or mind-controlled and will therefore be triggered by Corey’s narrative. He wants you to believe that anyone suggesting that the Galactic Federation is real deserves to be silenced for the good of the community. His intel video disclaimer straight up says, “we strongly recommend that you disregard any information regarding the secret space program that doesn't come directly from us.” Clearly, Corey regards everything that the LARPs say as a fabrication. Yet, according to Corey, these fabrications came directly from Corey’s own life story narrative.
Corey accuses others of getting triggered, but it is Corey who is triggered. What could have triggered Corey to go on the attack against Tony R, Jason Rice, Elena Danaan and the others? Well, if you stop and think about it, people are getting triggered all of the time these days. Look how some people get triggered by the mere mention of the word 'Trump'. Or when you suggest that Russia is anything but a murderously rogue country attacking an innocent Ukraine. Or if someone contends that they were right all along by refusing to take the covid jab. People who are committed to an opposing narrative absolutely freak out when challenged.
A common device that is used by the triggered (and the mainstream media) to maintain an official narrative is to gaslight people. They want you to believe something that is plainly not true. And if you are so bold as to question it, you are labeled a conspiracy theorist. This is why we cannot question the election process, or the 'J6 Insurrection', or the covid vaccine, or the Ukraine war, or the JFK assassination, or the FBI’s unconstitutional collusion with social media, without being arbitrarily censored as a “science denier’‘ or rebuked for being “anti-democratic”. California actually passed a law making it a crime for a doctor to question the official government covid/vaccine narrative. The media and 'fact checkers' will tell you that the deep state is just a conspiracy theory when we know it is not. This is institutional gaslighting.
Corey wants you to believe that everyone who has come forward with their own SSP narrative is a LARP misappropriating Corey's life story. He wants you to believe that he is entitled to trademark generic SSP terms and concepts and has done so. He wants you to sympathize with him because of all of the attacks that he and his family have endured. He wants you to associate him with a simple house in the Colorado mountains with his wife, two kids and a dog – as wholesome as it gets. And his online courses are about ‘spiritual ascension’. How could anyone so spiritually in touch with himself as Corey ever deceive anyone?
Ironically, one of Corey’s favorite retorts is that people are always “projecting” their actions onto him. “If Salla stopped being a cheerleader for one narrative and went back to being a researcher he would regain his reputation,” says Corey in a Telegram post. But who is advocating only one narrative? Corey, that's who. He doesn't just disagree with any other narrative, he regards them as direct attacks on him by a conspiratorial syndicate bent on destroying his reputation and stealing the property rights to his story, which no one is doing. It's just more gaslighting.
It is true that the newer experiencers often corroborate each other's common experiences and interactions with the Galactic Federation. Corey has co-opted this too by claiming that it is part of the psyop where the fake LARPs will bolster each other's credibility to the detriment of Corey's honest narrative. More gaslighting. He is making it seem irrational that real experiencers would corroborate certain aspects of a real Galactic Federation, when it makes perfect sense if we're talking about a real thing. Conversely, Corey wants you to believe that there is nothing unusual about one man claiming to be the only person telling the truth while everyone else is lying. The truth is that no one is corroborating Corey.
Corey is constantly lamenting how much he has been harmed by basically everyone who has come forward with their own SSP story in order to position himself as the forsaken victim standing up for his rights. After all, he is only trying to protect his life story and his family, which he insists need protecting. This makes you a churlish cad if you question Corey’s heavy-handed tactics to silence his detractors and monopolize the ET disclosure market for his own financial gain. Corey has given himself the moral right to attack everyone, constantly, because he is only trying to save the disclosure community from the evil LARPs who are intentionally promoting false narratives and conspiring to derail the disclosure movement. In short, without Corey's exclusive narrative, there is no hope for the future of humanity. He’s only trying to help.
“Many of these people I helped and shared a stage with,” Corey said in his Telegram room. “Once they don’t get what they feel they are entitled to or you don’t validate their personal UFO religion – they turn on you and try to steal from you or destroy you. It’s sick.” Corey is a master at playing the victim – treated horribly while the LARPs misappropriate his narrative. The thing is, no one besides Corey is even talking about Corey’s far-fetched narrative, much less “stealing” these stories for their own commercial gain.
The only thing that Corey and the other SSP experiencers share is the underlying construct that a secret space program exists and is interacting with negative ET races collectively known as the Orion Group, and that there are bases on the Moon and Mars. This is the entire basis of Corey's intellectual property claim. And according to Corey in his deposition, the rest of his story, e.g.: his Blue Avian handlers, Blue Sphere Beings, the ethereal Inner Earth Anshar, an all-powerful dancing Zulu, and a Global Galactic League of Nations battle fleet, is all an “extrapolation” from the basic premise that an SSP exists. Still, Corey wants you to believe that his narrative is the most authentic and is absolutely true. This is bald-faced, unmitigated gaslighting.
Intimidation Tactics
Corey knows that most people in the ET disclosure community do not have financially deep pockets. He has demonstrated that he is willing to sue anyone for anything, and this creates a chilling effect on anyone who might otherwise be brave enough to come forward with their own SSP story. But let’s not forget that Corey is standing up for the good of the community. (Or is it for the goode of the community?)
Intimidation by threatening legal action is a common tactic. Pfizer does it. Dominion Voting Systems Corp does it. The US Justice Department does it with J6 political prisoners. The IRS will threaten jail time for not paying incomes taxes, even though there is no federal statute requiring an income tax on US citizens. It’s done through legal intimidation. The presumptive governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs, is threatening her challenger, Kari Lake, with a felony in relation to her efforts to overturn the sham election. And in order to discourage other attorney's nationwide from taking on election fraud lawsuits, Katie Hobbs is seeking sanctions and disbarment against Kari Lake's attorneys.
These intimidation lawsuits are known as ‘SLAPP Suits’, an acronym for ‘strategic lawsuits against public participation’. “SLAPP suits function by forcing the target into the judicial arena where the SLAPP filer foists upon the target the expenses of a [legal] defense… Those who lack the financial resources and emotional stamina to play out the “game” face the difficult choice of defaulting despite meritorious defenses or being brought to their knees to settle. Persons who have been outspoken on issues of public importance targeted in such suits or who have witnessed such suits will often choose in the future to stay silent. Short of a gun to the head, a greater threat to First Amendment expression can scarcely be imagined.” – Gordon v. Marrone, 590 N.Y.S. 2d 649, 656 (N.Y. Sup. Ct. 1992)
In a hiking trail video, Corey basically admits to lying under oath in his deposition. His immediate retort is to attack Leon Kennedy's lawyers for leaking it, thereby diverting attention away from the whole perjury thing. Again, he employs a mix of sympathy for poor mistreated Corey and intimidation by legal action. Corey claimed that Kennedy’s lawyers had been summoned to court on December 16th to “face disciplinary action” for their transgression. Of course, we never heard anything more about it.
Finally, Corey uses his legal actions as a psychological ploy to make his followers think: “Well, if Corey wasn't telling the truth then why would he be filing so many lawsuits and even producing a reality show all about the widespread corruption in the disclosure community? It must be true.” Corey’s followers have become brainwashed. It absolutely is a ‘Blue Chicken Cult’ as Corey has so eloquently branded his entertainment company. His followers don’t care at all that Corey lied under oath in his deposition. They are very much like the Democrats who measure what tactics are right and wrong by whether or not it advances their political party’s agenda. The Blue Chicken Cult members are very intimidating as well. They are conditioned to viciously attack anyone who dares to question Corey’s narrative or who just has something nice to say about some rival ET experiencer. There is zero tolerance among the Blue Chicken Cult.
Gaming the Legal System
Corey is trying to set himself up as the only real SSP insider, despite testifying under oath that everything he said was a fantasy created by him. The ‘20 and Back’ age-reversal and time travel program is a common theme in secret space program lore. If Corey “made up” this term as he claims, with the goal of trademarking it for his entertainment projects, why wouldn't he pick a suitably non-descriptive mark? Why leave himself open to valid opposition by Gaia? On the other hand, if this is the common term that everyone in the real SSP uses, then it isn't Corey's to trademark in the first place. It's already in the public domain.
Corey is gaming the legal system by taking advantage of an antiquated judiciary that cannot fathom that any of this could be real so he can have it both ways. I can see Corey's point that you won't get anywhere telling a courtroom full of ‘normie’ lawyers about real experiences in outer space. But Corey has brought all of this onto himself with an ill-advised intellectual property grab. Just because Corey has painted himself into a corner and felt he had no choice but to lie under oath in his deposition, it doesn't mean it was the right thing to do. He has sold out his reputation for his big money entertainment projects. Is there no consequence for giving sworn testimony in a deposition, then making a public video saying the opposite of everything that was said under oath? As an attorney of 34 years, I am personally appalled at the casual disregard that Corey has for the truth. This goes beyond the usual excuse of “I have a family to support”. Corey is basically admitting to attempting to monetarily gain from a lie he told under oath.
If he indeed made all of this up with the intention of trademarking it down the road, why hasn’t he registered trademarks for 'Dancing Zulus’ or ‘Global Galactic League of Nations’, or the GGLN warship the 'Wandering Star'? And if they are real, why don’t these “good guys” want anyone else to know about them besides Corey? And what would be the damage to Corey's commercial entertainment projects if others used these descriptive and generic terms, such as 'secret space program' and '20 and Back' anyway? It's small potatoes.
Could it be the conceptual idea of the '20 and Back' that Corey is trying to control here, along with any variation of it? Again, you can't mention a concept and then claim creative ownership over it and any spin-off idea associated with it thereafter. Besides, any general concept of the '20 and Back' program discussed by Corey back in the day has been far exceeded by contemporary discussions about how cloning and mind/consciousness fragments might play a role in the avatar technology. These are the kind of discussions that the disclosure community needs to have in order to move forward. And these are the kind of discussions that Corey would put a stop to by legal action.
I don't think that Corey is capable of making up such an intricate narrative. He did suddenly remember his SSP experiences after an eye trauma triggered them a decade ago. Did Corey have these sorts of screen memories implanted as a Trojan horse when he was recruited into the MILAB program as a child in the 1970s? And then he had more “memories” emerge in 2018? Is this what Thor Han was alluding to when he told Elena Danaan in the fall of 2018 that she would be needed again?
Corey seems to be taking advantage of the fact that if he can legally manipulate the SSP narrative, others cannot legally challenge him since anyone claiming that the SSP is real and that they themselves have been off-planet would be deemed a lunatic in a court of law. Nevertheless, the existing legal requirements of a trademark should be strictly adhered to in these cases. Actively used in a commercial setting, a trademark should be distinctive and non-descriptive, no matter how fictional the whole thing might sound to the judge.
LARP Derangement Syndrome
Corey talks incessantly about how he has been attacked, cyberstalked, and defamed by people in the community who are out to discredit him. He talks about how he was wrongly ‘outed’ before Cosmic Disclosure came out in 2015, and that he was dragged into this situation as an unwilling participant. But at the same time, he cannot stop attacking the LARPs and dragging them into his drama. This is to gain the public’s sympathy and to preserve his media and entertainment consumer base. The deranged Corey cult intensely hates anyone stealing the limelight from Corey. To them, Corey's story is an ideology. It is the only truth and to question it is heresy. Corey and his cult followers believe that they are serving the disclosure movement by steering an unsuspecting public away from rampant disinformation. And they expect us to thank them for it.
From what I've seen, the experiencer community has ignored Corey. They have focused on doing their own thing, being careful to avoid any reference to Corey Goode at all. But Corey and his cult followers just cannot leave these LARPs alone. The Blue Chicken Cult demeans and criticizes anyone who isn't in lock step with Corey's narrative. And Corey encourages them by calling anyone who questions his story “mentally ill” or “opportunists looking to get attention and make money”. They are particularly triggered and vicious with Elena and Tony R Corey has directly implicated Dr. Salla as a co-conspirator in the syndicate's scheme to undermine Corey's true negative timeline narrative with a false positive narrative. “Now [Elena] is saying I am a fake,” Corey muses in a Telegram post. “LOL. Hey Salla, are you catching on yet? What a corner you have painted yourself into.”
Is Corey’s motive to save the disclosure community from the evil devices of Elena, Tony R, Dr. Salla and others by shutting them down? Or is it to corner the SSP media and entertainment market? Corey has stated many times that his lawyers are coming after anyone using common SSP terms. We now see that this is an empty threat because he only holds unchallenged trademarks for “Sphere Being Alliance” and “SBA”. But Corey makes the threat nonetheless. Corey has declared war on LARPs. And according to Corey, everyone is a LARP.
Preponderance of the Evidence
The most intuitive people on the planet have all distanced themselves from Corey, with the possible exception of James Gilliland. Many of these people were leading figures in the disclosure community long before Corey emerged with his Blue Avian story. The community sensed that something wasn't right about Corey's new path of lawsuits and intimidation. They politely ignored him and let him do his thing. Despite Corey's insistence that everybody is attacking him, it is Corey who is bringing this conflict to the disclosure community.
Elena, Alex Collier, Dr. Salla and others anticipate a positive sea change in our collective consciousness and a major step toward full ET disclosure to occur in 2023. Corey says that this is false hope. Nothing will happen in 2023. Corey says that the Earth Alliance “chickened out”. The Galactic Federation of Worlds is a fantasy. We are all destined to remain under the jackboot of the Draco-controlled deep state until the real good guys finally make their way to our planet to liberate us in 2032. (Based on his track record, don't count on Corey sticking to this timeline.)
Again, we can only look at the preponderance of the evidence. We see political marches on the streets in cities all over the world protesting their authoritarian governments. We see people turning from corporate controlled legacy media news to independent news sources in droves. We’re seeing more and more push back against the covid vaccine narrative. We see Russia in direct conflict with the deep state/Azov Nazis/and other negative forces in Ukraine. We see patriots battling corrupt politicians and courts to expose rampant election fraud. We see Elon Musk exposing the unconstitutional and criminal actions of our deep state controlled government on Twitter. And we are seeing more of the world catching on to this duality. If the Orion Group were still in control, would any of this be allowed? Can all of this be dismissed as ‘end time madness’ as Corey would submit? Or does the evidence tend to support Elena's positive timeline narrative that the military arm of the GFW has in fact liberated our star system, and is standing by while the Earth Alliance vanquishes a waning globalist deep state right before our eyes?
The legal standard of proof in civil cases including trademark challenges is a “preponderance of the evidence”. [15 U.S.C. § 1114(1)] This means, given the available evidence, is it more likely or not that a plaintiff's narrative is true? If it is more than 50% likely, then it meets the legal standard. And isn't this what we all do when we use our discernment? Without any real empirical evidence on one side or the other, we can't be 100% certain either way. We all make our own determination based on the preponderance of the evidence. As it is, the volumes of circumstantial evidence that I have seen to support Elena’s positive narrative puts it well over the 51% preponderance of the evidence standard. But to me, something of the magnitude of joining our galactic family requires the utmost standard of proof. We can't know if any narrative is accurate until we see some solid proof.
I have been interested in UFOs and extraterrestrials all of my life. To me, nothing is more important than our civilization's revelation of an ET presence and our imminent spiritual ascension. I’ve read numerous books and watched many videos on the UFO/ET subject. But I’m the type of person who can’t just take someone’s word for it. I needed to actually meet these people and judge for myself if they seem honest and trustworthy, to see what kind of ‘vibe’ I got from them. In 2014, I began attending annual UFO conferences such as Contact in the Desert in Joshua Tree. In 2014 and 2015, I worked with Andy Basiago on his Presidential campaign. In 2016, I began working with Michael Salla doing research and serving as the creator/Editor of the ExoNews website. I have come to know Dr. Salla quite well and I can attest that he is not compromised by anyone or anything. I’ve met Corey Goode on several occasions. I've also met Tony R and I worked with Elena on her most recent book.
I spent most of the 1990s as an Assistant Public Defender assessing people 's testimonies in court. It is my opinion that Elena, Tony R, Rebecca Rose, Jason Rice, and the other new experiencers coming forward seem honest and sincere in wanting to bring their stories to the public domain. They believe that the world needs to hear their accounts and I would agree. It should be up to everyone to decide for themselves whether the information presented is credible.
But Corey has never given any credence to anyone else's story, except William Tompkins. Corey has stated that he and William Tompkins are the only real SSP experiencers to ever come forward. I believe that Corey would have dispelled Tompkins' story of the US aerospace industry's technological assistance by beautiful Nordic secretaries during the 1950s if he could have. With Tompkin’s passing in 2017, Corey claims to be the only true SSP experiencer to have come forward in the world.
Although both Corey and Tompkins confirmed that space is full of humans from Earth who were involuntarily abducted and conscripted into service through a 20-year-and-back age regression technology, none of the thousands of real experiencers have come forward, says Corey. Corey maintains that all of these new self-proclaimed experiencers - whom he has never met - are a conspiracy of LARPs peddling fake stories to specifically attack Corey.
From the very start, Corey dismissed Tony R as a LARP. He became even more vitriolic when Elena came onto the scene in 2018 after her GFW benefactor, Thor Han, showed up once again to inform her that she would be needed. Earlier this same year, Corey went off the reservation and began to clandestinely register trademarks. Elena and Tony R have welcomed new experiencers, always adding to the tapestry of knowledge. Corey on the other hand, has a reflexive animosity against any new experiencer coming forward in the disclosure community at all.
The Reality
Corey made a pile of money with a surprise hit tv show, conferences and online workshops. Now he wants to funnel that money into more tv shows, graphic novels and video games. That’s fine. No one has a problem with that. But Corey goes too far when he registers bogus trademarks and threatens lawsuits against anyone “stealing his intellectual property”. It is Corey who is forcing all of this unnecessary drama on the disclosure community. It is not helpful to the movement and Corey is harming his own reputation worse than anything the community at large is doing to him.
'Hope for the best and prepare for the worst'. This resonates with the fear-dominated mindset of Corey’s cult followers. They would contend that they must take heed of a warning of an impending global cataclysm. At the same time, Corey refutes any ‘hope for the best’ scenario. He belittles and ridicules any positive narrative as being “ludicrous hopium” and “religious hocus pocus”. Corey is all about the negative timeline.
The positive narrative that Elena speaks of is how the Orion Group has been eliminated from the solar system, that members of the Earth Alliance and Space Force are working with the military faction of the Galactic Federation of Worlds whose cloaked ships are parked in our orbit, planning how best to bring the Earth into this 'Star Trek future' and waiting for the right time to do it. Is this really so ludicrous? It seems to me that this would be the best way to go about it – working behind the scenes to incorporate the existing resources of the Earth Alliance, the US military and the GFW.
Compare this to Corey's narrative of waiting for a Global Galactic League of Nations and a dancing Zulu to come here and defeat the Orion Group forces sometime in the future. Corey first indicated that this would be accomplished quickly in 2025, since they had the all powerful Zulu. But now Corey says that the war for the solar system will be quite prolonged. Battles will begin on Mars in 2025, then they'll shift to the outer planets. The GGLN and Zulu “good guys” will eventually get to the Earth around 2033.
In the meantime, while the actual battles are being waged in the outer planets, the Orion Group still in control of the Earth will roll out a psyop where a fake Galactic Federation of Worlds* fleet of Nordic-looking ETs will appear to battle a concocted holographic enemy fleet in cislunar Earth-space, becoming heros to Earth and gaining humanity's trust. The Orion Grays can then fool the Earth humans into attacking the GGLN and Zulu “good guys” when they arrive in 2033, after they've liberated Mars, the Moon, the asteroids and the outer planets. (*Is Corey allowed to use Elena's term 'Galactic Federation of Worlds'?)
Of course, the GGLN and the Zulu ultimately prevail in Corey's narrative. But once they have liberated the Earth from the combined forces of the evil Orion Grays, the Draco, and the false GFW Nordics, the ‘good guys’ plan to sit back and watch as the Earth is nearly obliterated by a solar flash that will flood our coastlines, destroy our communications and electronics, and put humanity back to square one fending for ourselves in the hills and mountains. The human species on Earth will then embark on another 75,000 years of spiritual development in the hope that we get it right the next time. To Corey, ‘this is just the way it is’.
There is no rational explanation for the way some people think. In a ‘free’ country, we have always had to live with that. But it is when these people purposely stand in our way just to get our attention and foist their ideology on us that we are forced to respond. People do this in various ways. They lie down in the street to block traffic. They superglue themselves to valuable artwork. They do whatever it takes to get the attention they crave. Corey has gone too far with his threats of lawsuits over trademarks that don’t exist, and has forced the rational-thinking majority within the disclosure community to confront this. Again, this has nothing to do with the various attacks that Corey claims have been targeted at him and his family. This is only about the right to claim ownership in another experiencer’s own narrative just because there may be a minor overlap of a broader concept within a very real secret space program.
Do we embrace Elena's narrative where the GFW has defeated the Orion Group, is currently in control and is working with military officials of the Earth Alliance and Space Force to plan their full disclosure to the world? We can see much evidence of the continuing collapse of the deep state, an unprecedented populist political movement, the emergence of a new global financial system, and the revelations of a complicit western media covering it all up. It sure looks like major changes are happening. Would this be so if the Draco-led deep state were still firmly in control?
Or do we believe instead that there is an all-powerful dancing Zulu that can transcend time and space – and could have come here and mopped up the evil Orion Group forces in a day or so if he wanted to. He just hasn't had a chance yet. And are we to believe that the supporting military fleet that is coming to save us is called the “Global Galactic League of Nations”? (I guess Xur and the Ko-Dan Armada was taken.) The answer is no. Corey’s narrative is not believable. And according to Corey's own sworn judicial testimony, none of it is real. It is all made up or “extrapolated” by him. Now this I can believe.
The reality is that neither Corey nor any of the other SSP experiencers have offered any solid, empirical proof of what is real and what is fake. But judging by the circumstantial and corroborating evidence, the positive Elena/Salla narrative is the most plausible. Or could it be that both Corey and Elena are correct, and we are witnessing a split in the timelines? Elena is leading people toward a positive timeline while Corey is leading his followers into a negative timeline – and both timelines are part of a future reality?
Conclusion
Corey makes a hiking trail video at least once a month to rehash how Gaia and the disclosure community have viciously attacked him and his family. He is planning a reality show that will “reveal the corruption and disinformation in the disclosure community”. He refers to the disclosure community as “the syndicate”, a term used for organized crime. He says that viewers will be “shocked” when they see the extent of the personal attacks on him. Except I haven’t seen anyone attacking Corey. In fact, I’ve only seen people in the community going out of their way to avoid any mention of him. All of this seems calculated to garner sympathy from Corey’s cult followers.
Corey is in attack mode. He says that he is not trying to ‘steal the SSP topic’, but then he claims that everyone else's story is based on his life story. Corey insists that everyone is profiting from his life story while destroying Corey's reputation. This is supposed to justify why Corey is planning to attack more people with more lawsuits this year. “We have attorneys who are going to be coming after people big time. And very soon,” Corey proclaims on the hiking trail.
Corey has said that what happened to him has happened to thousands of people who were involuntarily recruited into the secret space program. But then Corey says that anyone coming forward with their own SSP story must be fake because real SSP experiencers would never come forward after seeing what Corey has gone through. Corey's narrative is hard to nail down because it is all over the place and always open to interpretation. He's adding ‘intel’ and changing dates so fast that you can't keep up. No doubt he will take issue with some of what I have gleaned from him, but it is the bigger picture that I am trying to convey.
I can understand Corey defending himself on the grounds of racketeering, defamation and cyberstalking – if they actually occurred. But stealing his intellectual property? No one is stealing his story, but only using generic terms that depict a vast reality that we are just beginning to understand. No one except Corey’s rabid followers really care what Corey has to say anymore. So in order to remain relevant, Corey shifted his story from protesting that people were stealing his story to protesting that people were stealing the wrong story, e.g.: the positive story. Now he insists that both of these are true because the bad guys put Elena, Tony R, Salla, and the others up to it. So now, anything pertaining to the secret space program is off-limits under a standing threat of lawsuits from Corey Goode.
If these are real things and real events that are commonly known off-planet and are a part of space history, you are only entitled to copyright your written, spoken or artistic impression of these events, and not the underlying idea or concept of the events themselves. And if someone corroborates your version in a part of their overall story, that's okay too. It's meant to be treated as a historical fact even if only among our small group of deep thinkers.
But Corey has sold out in order to usurp the exclusive rights to the entire SSP narrative. His plan is to heavily exploit this exclusive narrative with a variety of ambitious entertainment projects ranging from graphic novels to television docudramas to feature films. In his “leaked” deposition, he blurted out how David Wilcock made nearly $5 million from one single online workshop extensive. While Corey dismisses any monetary motive on his part as “hypocritical righteous bullshit”, Corey clearly wants to get in on this kind of money.
On the other hand, if all of this is fiction created from Corey's fertile imagination, then yes, the whole SSP universe belongs to Corey, just like the Star Wars universe belongs to George Lucas. I would put 85% of what Corey talks about in this category (Blue Avians, Anshar, dancing Zulus, etc.). No one else is talking about these things. The other 15% of his information is the actual reality and framework of the historic and current nature of space according to a near total consensus of other SSP insiders and experiencers. It is these other insiders and experiencers whom Corey has labeled as LARPs and has sworn to expose so that he can dominate the SSP narrative for the good of humanity.
If these things that Corey talks about truly exist, then they are not Corey’s to trademark. You cannot ‘trademark’ the Washington Monument. You can't spend four years sitting in a chair on a tv show talking about everything you can think of in over 200 episodes, calling it non-fiction, and then claim blanket ownership in all of those ideas. You cannot trademark or copyright the idea or concept of an actual secret space program, or the existence of actual bases on the Moon and Mars, or an actual Nazi city within Ceres. You can, however, copyright your expressive depiction of these things and places. Or if these are wholly fictitious then a copyright is also the proper protection for a person's own imaginary story presented in a commercial format.
There are missing pieces to this puzzle. We know what a relatively small group of experiencers and insiders have told us. And we have some pretty compelling circumstantial evidence, thanks to people like Dr. Salla, to back up some of it. But we still have no solid proof of an off-world secret space program interacting with highly advanced extraterrestrials beyond some retrieved body implants and ambiguous lights in the sky. If 2023 is truly the year of ET disclosure, we can't keep going on pure faith. It will require Corey or Elena or somebody to come forward with an extraterrestrial envoy to speak at a public gathering with cameras rolling. We are as ready as we will ever be but we need to see ships hovering over the city, just like in the movies. Yes, some people will be traumatized by the momentous event and the realization that they have been lied to for so long. This is inevitable. But I think that most people will quickly adapt so long as it doesn't negatively disrupt their lives.
We have carved out a community of folks who share a genuine interest in learning as much as possible about the reality of off-planet species and their activities. But the other 90% of the world's population doesn't know and doesn't care. I doubt that the introduction of any new experiencers and insiders would substantially change this ratio. At this moment in the history of humanity, we need tangible proof to move forward. We need Dr. Salla to go onboard a galactic ship and bring back the video proof – perhaps even introduce a few advanced GFW beings to the world.
It appears that Corey’s obsession with trademark protection is merely a pretext for silencing a syndicate of fakers infringing upon his legitimate story. Situations like the one in which Corey has put this community is counter-productive to real disclosure. When people see the constant bickering and backstabbing in this community, they tend to walk away. I am afraid that the window of opportunity for true disclosure will be short-lived. We cannot lose the momentum that we have gained so far. We need to know the truth. Corey’s media and legal campaign of claiming exclusivity over trademarks and narratives isn't helping. But somehow, I don't think it was designed to help.
Correction: It was not Thor Han who advised Eisenhower, but Valiant Thor from Venus who is featured in Elena's 2nd book, "We will Never Let You Down." It was with Val Thor that Eisenhower created secret forces to counter the C^A and nefarious DeepS*ate who killed Kennedy.
This is excellent work Duke. Thorough and fascinating. Thank you for setting out the facts.
There has been so much confusion and disagreement about Corey. I have had experiences that got me interested in his reports hoping to see some truth arise. I followed all Corey's shows and conferences til 2017 and then found out he was smoking weed daily; weed comes with entities and nothing good! (no pun there). His face got darker after he moved to Colorado, and that was another bad sign. I have no doubt he had had some of these experiences, but how he has turned it into a legal farce shows there have been clear distortions from negative influences. He has been turned.
I and others struggled to find something inspiring in his testimony, but had to conclude, he was not born for the role of a leader; he does not have the spiritual integrity and power to fulfil the role he claims. So many of us tried to align with his goals, to hope for the best, only to be disturbed to see his spiteful legal entanglements, how he did not pay people for their work, and how he attacked people like Clif High for something farcical like "Blue chicken cult." He has buried his own integrity in all this; he did it to himself. No one else is to blame.
Finally his attacks on Elena Danaan, Michael Salla, Wm. Tompkins, the GFW and others just dig him deeper into the trash heap of 5-Minute fame. It is sad. But it had a purpose imho.
What he has done with David Wilcock, to give him credit, is to set this exploration of our galactic role front and center into the UFO arena where it now commands increasing attention. Many people can now speak about seeing the ships in the sky and can testify to their own visitors, without being called a "crack pot." The previous efforts to do that with Mufon etc. and even Steven Greer were pathetically and systematically undermined by the dark agenda.
This is Corey's legacy; he did break the invisible glass ceiling of talk about space travel, off-planet beings who are hominid like us, travel interdimensionally, and have love for us. He paved the way for the Galactic Federation of Worlds to now be something we can embrace. He paved the way for Elena's book "The Seeders" to be on the NY Best Sellers list. This is huge for those of us waiting for decades to see some kind of disclosure.
Furthermore, there are now good reports from the Earth Guardian, Kim Goguen,(UN.tv) and many others not afraid to speak about their ET connections, that Elena's reports are true. The darkest ones have left. Whether that is because of our rising frequencies, time lines, the Photon Belt or because they have admitted defeat--it is not clear. Corey's version of things is not supported on this same time line or frequency. It makes one wonder about "20 and back" messing not just with the eyes, but also with the mind. Look at Elena's face and then at Corey's. Who do you believe?
I wish him luck and a good life, and especially that he can find a true spiritual path of goodness, love and truth.
Be Ware of ATTORNEYS from within the Ufology and Esoteric Community. If you are approached by someone claiming to be an attorney who wants to assist you in your work you should make sure to check out their credentials and background.
Over the last few years, we have had a number of unethical run-ins with attorneys and people claiming to be attorneys who claimed to be fighting for Disclosure in their spare time.
It started off with Liz Lorrie who approached us and offered free legal work. After a short period of time, she then wanted to be a partner with us in business - which has to be handled in a certain way to avoid being sanctioned by the bar association. After creating verbose contracts for everyone coming close to me she waited until the last week to present my contract to her. She decided that the 30% we had agreed on was not enough and now demanded 45%. Again, creating ethical issues with the bar association.
We had to hire an attorney that specializes in legal ethics violations to pursue a complaint with the offending attorney's bar association.
A few months later we were contacted by John Desouza - a well-known former FBI employee who speaks on the Ufo Conference circuit quite a bit. He introduced himself as the counsel for my former partners who had recently extorted David Wilcock and me for ownership of our documentaries. He assisted our former partners in pushing their threats under the guise of legal negotiations.
We responded by filing a lawsuit in federal court with Mr. Desouza quickly withdrawing as their attorney. As we began to have investigators look into all of this we quickly found out that Mr. Desouza is not a licensed and practicing attorney even though he represented himself as one.
Most recently, we had a fairly well-known attorney in the Ufology field - who assists researchers with freedom of information act requests and legal advice - wrote an article with their legal insight and position on my lawsuits and claims of ownership of my life story - aka my Intellectual Property.
Duke Brickhouse aka John Milton Brickhouse aka Duke Johns wrote an article on my claims of legally owning my testimony and its details. The structure and grammar of the article caused several people to question if it was written by an attorney. After a bit of digging - once again - we were unable to locate Duke as being a registered and practicing attorney.
There are a few other attorneys making the rounds within this community that have similar red flags around the way they operate. If you are approached by someone claiming to be an attorney make sure you do your due diligence and make sure they are licensed and competent.
You need to make sure the person claiming to be an attorney is not Practicing UPL (unauthorized practice of law) as attorney-client privilege does not cover your communications with them and puts you further into legal jeopardy.
